I just had the most stressful day getting around London on a hugely busy day… it just all got a bit too much with far too many tube journeys in one day. I do love the place but it can get a bit relentless in the summer or peak ‘tourist season.’ So partly to entertain a visitor coupled with my own need to take a break I headed to the great British seaside. It seemed like such a while since I had been somewhere so typically British almost as if Martin Parr himself had arranged the town planning. Starting at Hearne Bay and walking 5 miles to Whitstable Beginning and ending with glorious food I took a few snaps with my new point and shoot (Fuji xpro1) along the way.
